@jeff_gluck@Jordan_Bianchi Thinking about the crown jewel races…should they not be in the playoffs ever (playoffs always start after Labor Day then) and be win and in races? Cut the playoff field to 10 drivers and utilize these races as win and in?
@NASCARFireball Blame the NextGen car. Road courses were cool when they were trying to drive stock cars around them. But sports cars on a road course are not a novelty.
@dmcgrew@jeff_gluck But that would be temporary. Maybe worth a shot to test the market, but I think a permanent short track in the tri state area would be a success. Somewhere between Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cleveland, and Morgantown.
@Bentley7652@jeff_gluck Sorry, but road course racing ain’t it and Kentucky speedway is dead. To get the dirt fan, you need to have something more similar to what they are used to, and thats Saturday night short track racing.
Not having commentary for the #NASCAR race on USA 4K is honestly kind of peaceful. Can listen to my scanner on the NASCAR app and feel like I’m there lol! @NASCAR@NASCARonUSA
@chaco4y7z@NASCAR@NASCARonUSA Every year in the fan council emails I ask NASCAR to give us a subscription package that allows us to watch the broadcast but pick the audio source. Could be MRN, TV, an alternate booth, and have the option to overlay scanner audio. Gotta add no commentary to the list now lol!
@dailydownforce Leigh was a little too excited about nothing a few times and brought up some things that didn’t pertain to the action on the track at times. Example: Talked about Blaney potentially winning the race with 15 to go and 6+ seconds behind. 10x better than Fox. Ain’t Prime or TNT tho.
