Applying for an @ICICIBank credit card is the worst mistake youll ever make. Their system is so outdated that the application will be stuck forever and their customer care will call you everyday asking the same set of questions not knowing what to do next. So done with this.

@KotakBankLtd Its been days and I still dont have any solution to this. I was promised 7 to 8 days, then was asked to wait for another 3 days, and here I am still with no solution.

I re-ordered several orders, and even those got cancelled. The customer care chat support has been pretty useless in this case and have not looked into it or escalated this issue at all.

@amazonIN In the last few days, all my orders have come till the delivery station but never got delievered. I have complained to the customer care but no solution. What is the point of paying for Prime and not having a single order delivered at all?

@KotakBankLtd Even after raising several complaints, speaking to the customer service, then to the branch manager, and after the branch manager promising to personally look into it, here we are where my issue stays unresolved even after a week.
My money is stuck with Kotak.

@Airtel_Presence Tried the customer care number and the app, both USELESS. Hoping that I will get some help here. My number got deactivated and I recharged but it still isnt reflecting. Unable to use the number.
