@ZUSCoffee jeti kuala perlis. Tengah hari tadi 23/3/26 terpaksa berdiri dekat kaunter lebih sejam untuk order coffee. Staff sorang je, order berlambak2. Dia ambik order, dia juga buat air. Tak boleh order guna app, sebab branch kuala perlis offline sebab over capacity.

Lepas tu barista tu suruh order dkt apps.
Aku bgtau tak ada install apps mmg selalu order dkt counter je. Then dia ckap mmg x leh order kalau x ada apps.

Sejak bila @ZUSCoffee wajib order dkt apps eh?
Kita dah dtg jauh-jauh dah depan counter dia reject mcm tu je and i don’t bother pun nak collect points.

Then drive to another branch, barista dia accept pulak order dkt counter.
Terus aku bg duit raya dkt dia 😊.
