@British_Airways total disaster today. No staff to help multiple passengers who have missed onwards connections due to remote parking and no buses! Stuck at the security gates with only 1 member of BA staff and no one giving any passengers any info :(

@British_Airways I have a question about passports. I’m flying to JFK in June. Does USA have requirements about issue dates of UK passports? ie can’t be issued more that 10 years ago? I’ve checked all websites but just wanting to check 😇
