Not long ago, I completed and defended my master’s thesis amidst the terrifying sounds of bombing during the war in Gaza. My thesis was titled: "The Impact of Content Marketing on Increasing the Market Share of Palestinian Pharmaceutical Companies."
But I didn’t stop there. Today, I’ve just completed a new research paper titled: "The Effectiveness of Administrative Models in Dealing with Humanitarian Disasters: The Gaza Strip Experience During War."
I sincerely hope this war ends soon, and that my academic work can serve my homeland. I dedicate this success to my country, to the martyrs, and to all the free people around the world who stand with us💔.
We are grateful to Dr @laurawaleed-Dr Maisara Alrayyes’s wife-for her incredibly powerful speech. "We never forget our martyrs, we never forget our beloved ones, we are made of our memories with them, we are made of them. Just like Palestine is made of us" https://t.co/MJhwGIjYqV
At @KingsCollegeLon we are celebrating the life of our colleague, Dr Maisara Alrayyes. He was killed by an Israeli airstrike in #Gaza. A doctor, he had dedicated his life to helping and healing others. We mourn with his family who embroidered this beautiful portrait for us.
@mertesakib I’m still using a 2013 MacBook Air that has got me through my undergrad, masters and a PhD. Keep going, I believe in you! 💪🏼
Disclaimer: I live in constant fear of an imminent crash
@BushraWasty I use a bookmark to keep track of where I am in the book, I fold the corners to mark the page as having a particularly beautiful/interesting passage that needs to be returned to one day. Both signs of love! 😄
