에어컨을 설치하면 실외기를 설치해야 함. 이때 외벽이 망가질 수 있어 집값이 떨어질 우려가 있어 주민 총회 과반수 동의를 얻어야 함.

3. 운좋게 1번,2번을 통과했다면 파리 시청에 에어컨 설치 계획서를 제출해야 함. 길거리에 실외기가 조금이라도 보이면 왠만하면 기각. ㄷㄷ

4. 모두 통과하면 국가 인증을 받은 에어컨 설치 기술자를 불러 에어컨을 설치.(1~3달 대기)
