However, you are making the assumption that the driver was the N driver.... it could quite easily have been a 50 yr old parent driving the car that they allow their "child" to drive. Not all young people are speed merchants.

@ruchillbhoy79 I hope all goes well for Ethan today. I had a spinal fusion for scoliosis and spondylolisthesis when I was 18. I never looked back. Going from not being able,to walk to being able to, was an amazing feeling. The pain went and recovery had no hitches. I'll light a candle for Ethan

@AccessForAll7 This is dreadful. I can't see where the access area is as the area that appears to be one has a big lip that my wheelchair or mobility scooter couldn't climb.
The white car is completely on the footpath, the red one is nearly the same, the flower box and lamppost seem in way???
