..in daily practice many physicians extrapolate results of CHANCE/POINT(and now THALES ?)to patients with moderate/severe stroke.Efficacy of this approach remains to be proven.
Also, should Ticagrelor be substituted for Clopidogrel(and viceversa) if innitial DAPT regimen failes ?
