@jondavidsonmd I would assume via some type of large superficial transthoracic collateral vessel that drains into or confluences with the coronary sinus and then into the RA. Tip of HD catheter may be in the intrahepatic IVC. Must say, never seen HDC placed via that route. #iRad #MIIP
