@FPUCFL is overcharging and keeping customers’ money! Ive been overcharged several hundred dollars over the last 3months since they changed their billing system. With a telephone system that is outsourced overseas and no physical location to visit in person I am left this being
my only other option. Emails are unreturned. Multiple phone calls with wait times over 40mins per call and multiple “escalated” submission with no resolve. I am a solar customer and judging from neighborhood messaging platforms am not the only person who’s being overcharged.
