@Wise So then, what’s the penalty? You only lose the exchange rate guarantee? My interpretation was that the fees would also increase as well as possibly losing the rate guarantee. Am I wrong?
@Wise how long do fees stay elevated after a couple of cancelled transfer? Is it after a certain # transactions or a time amount? Can it be removed due to Wise error? Thnx
@Wise 1/2 Ok nice well let me ask you another question. After I think 3 cancellations, a warning popped up saying if I cancel again I may be charged more in the future. I was not able to fund this transaction due to funding methods not working, so I had to cancel again….
@Wise It’s artificially higher at the moment, usually that fee would be very very small. Basically there’s some type of penalty being placed on my account. I’ve crossed referenced against other peoples accounts. Why?
@Wise No I’m not talking thé guaranteed rate, Im talking about the sending fees. I can see a direct debit fee, then « our fee » which is really high. I’m happy with the rates, it’s this random fee I’m trying to get some clarity on. Why is there this fee and when will it go away again?
@UBank hi guys. I'm not able to log into my account on the phone app or online. Have tried calling multiple times, always 90 mins wait apparently. How can I get help? I live in Canada, have found it impossible to get in touch. Flying to Australia in 1 week. Dm me?
@KimDotcom Strong doubt. In China: 1 housing market collapse 2 skyrocketing unemployment 3 regional government funding (new land sales) gone 4 demographics time bomb finally starting to go off 5 shangai Beijing lockdowns. China has huge internal issues, not the right time
