@ZachaeryHatcher@NinoOne They are definitely not the same thing.
Iโm a huge fan of hats. Weather doesnโt matter, the point is itโs a relatively small adjustment for aligning leagues and actually creating a balanced schedule at last to give MLS a bit more legitimacy. Love hats.
@ZachaeryHatcher@NinoOne You donโt have to go to all of the games. Just the ones your team is playing in. And itโs all teams dream to be in playoffs, ergo if theyโd made the playoffs then fans would go.
This change of schedule is too weather focused. Buy a hat and sing your merry heart out.
@4TheCrewPodcast People focusing a lot on weatherโฆ valid but consider thisโฆ
An actual structure where every team plays every team each season. This for me enhances the schedule.
@shteivred@btwncleansheets Just think of the scarf ๐งฃ sales. Will pour $$$ into the clubs. Perhaps theyโll be able to afford to lower ๐ป prices ๐.
thereโll be more games. But across the entireleague not all affected by wintry conditions. A fan isnโt going to all games in Nov, just following their team.
@shteivred@btwncleansheets They already play in February. Itโll be just a week sooner. As itโs been stated on official sites, 91% of the games wonโt be affected.
@shteivred@btwncleansheets Sure. But each individual team isnโt playing that many more matches. And of those 75 or 90 (not sure where those numbers came from) most of them wonโt be in winter conditions
