@Thumpernats1 @AvzMinerals If Nigel Ferguson sells off the $AVZ tenement for less than $1 50 I wouldn’t thank him for his integrity. Anything less is unacceptable considering the size of the deposit. ICSID claim is $10b and if they sell it off for less than $5b there will be action.

Understand it would be at a heavy discount to get the deal done but $1 giving it away. Surely the BOD wouldn’t except that when they are confident they win at ICSID. Why give it to the US when there are other options?
