@GunOwners GOA needs to do a press release or offer member guidance on how members can proceed with purchases, but more importantly -with what would be considered manufacturing short barreled items (former form 1 stuff). Everyone has made it clear as mud and there’s too much noise.

Before anyone says “GCA” that covers transfer, and not manufacture of SBRs. Sounds like incorrect information by PSA.

@AttyTomGrieve Tom, can a member of the plaintiff organization manufacture an NFA item without doing the form 1 process? There’s no paper trail for that in the same way there would be a documented sale (receipt) for a transferred item if this is walked back down the road.

The NFA is on life support currently. The DOJ, specifically the ATF, and the GOP have a chance to get massive brownie points with the voter base. And all they have to do… Is absolutely nothing. Slam dunk, Ez win… but they won’t. They’ll snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Everyone knows the NFA infringes on 2A rights and that imposing registration for a $0 tax is unconstitutional.

DOJ needs to be careful. Stalling GOA’s victory with an appeal could depress gun owner turnout in November, while embracing GOA’s victory would energize the base!

The chairman of the party should not be insulting the intelligence of Republican voters. A debate was promised and these ridiculous criteria are being used to renege on that promise and to engineer a preferred outcome.

Why not just take 90 minutes, find a tv partner, and let the candidates mix it up?

The only reason why you wouldn’t is if the party hierarchy is serving outside interests instead of the best interests of the voters.

The ATF, at its core, exists as an agency to arrest and murder White people. That's what they do. Arresting Dugan and holding him without bail is sickening but totally unsurprising.

He's a gun YouTuber who has been very critical of these agencies, and now he's possibly going to prison for a very long time, all while battling MS.

All because of educational videos and trumped up other charges.

They arrest people like this, but black gangs in cities post videos on TikTok with 50 fully automatic stolen Glocks and do so with impunity.

Trump's ATF is the same as Biden's, is the same as Obama's, is the same as Bush's, is the same as Clinton's. They selectively target anyone with even mildly anti government views.

The DOJ is corrupt.
