@SouthwestAir Finally arrive in SLC 40min late..now we are waiting to pull into the gate "waiting for the ramp crew" according to the pilot..funny thing is that he told us 15min prior that we were waiting for a plane to taxi from our gate which means the ramp crew is there #Hhmm
