Across five prison restaurants @RightCourse_UK offers authentic hospitality work experience to prisoners, training them to achieve NVQs and gain transferrable skills that can be applied to jobs on release.
The nationwide charity @recyclinglives supports offenders and ex-offenders with employment workshops, stable jobs, and housing.
Participants in their workshops have a low 5% reoffending rate.
We visited a workshop at HMP Styal to discover why they're so effective.

πDid you know that @cityandguilds deliver Railtrack Courses in four prisons as part of the Future Skills Programme?
The 5-week course began in February 2024 and to date 27 prisoners have completed the course and been offered employment as Rail Track Operatives with @CivilRail.
Last year @WillmottDixon opened their latest Drylining Academy at @HMPrisonLincoln. These academies help prisoners gain accredited certification and CSCS cards, enabling them to secure construction work on release.
