@GamecockFB @Eman7Nick Admin, been looking everywhere for that clip of Nick making a ridiculous catch in an offseason team-building wiffle ball game… you got that in the bag somewhere?
@Cnut_real@WojackHorseman1 Honestly it all drives me insane, probably won’t delete this account wholesale, but this for real might be the last thing I post for a long time
@WojackHorseman1@Cnut_real Tbf it wasn’t THAT long ago when you would get banned for being a groyper/4chan type racist, hell in the Jack era even Trump got banned, but you’re 100% correct, all those people are here now and not sequestered in the same way
@runclepennybags@JoshKraushaar Even setting aside the context that makes this apparent, even setting aside these people setting aside the holocaust… do people just not learn anything about him personally? The drug use? The (likely) schizophrenia?
@38Godfrey The CFB hive mind freakout about something you would only mildly chastise your teenage son for doing has been absolutely baffling, I can’t believe we’re even talking about it a week later
@allamericanrube@ned_flaczynski Still a lot of growth in that regard too, because most uses are still just sticking LEDs in traditional light shapes. Agree on the color though, outside of high-end ones, the “white” tends to be blue… which I guess is technically correct, but it’s not actually what people want
@runclepennybags True, I don’t think those two are totally unrelated, but if the owner’s a freak they’ll make you miserable regardless of the economic factors
@runclepennybags Anyway, I think that guys instincts are pointing in the right direction, but the specific question is: “independent of the house, does the owner have the financial strength to appropriately manage the property”, the upside to private fund ownership is their answer is always “YES”
@runclepennybags I’ve lived scenarios 1), A), & B):
1) sucked ass, absolutely terrible, some kind of crisis every month…
A) was great!
If B) seemed weirdly specific— well that’s how I lived in downtown Charleston for like 5 years for between $250-$400 a month and it was INCREDIBLE
