"As an Iranian, I can tell you the situation is no longer just political—it's existential. We are trapped between two collapsing structures: one internal, one external. On one hand, we face a deeply dysfunctional government, led by the Supreme Leader and the Islamic Republic’s unelected institutions.

Decades of economic mismanagement, suppression of dissent, and brutal ideological control have alienated multiple generations. No one believes in reform anymore—because every attempt has either been co-opted or crushed. But here's the paradox: We are also terrified of regime collapse—because we've watched the aftermath of Western intervention in countries like Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Afghanistan. Each was promised freedom; each descended into chaos, civil war, or foreign occupation.

So no, we don't trust the U.S. or Israel. Not because we support our regime—but because we know how imperial powers treat ‘liberated’ nations in the Middle East.

Freedom, in their language, often means vacuum, fire, and permanent instability. Right now, many Iranians live with three truths at once: The Islamic Republic is morally and politically bankrupt. The alternatives offered by foreign actors are not liberation—they’re collapse.

A bad government is survivable. No government is not. We are not silent because we agree. We are cautious because we’ve learned—too well—what happens when superpowers decide to "help." In a sentence: Iran is a nation held hostage by its own regime, but haunted by the fate of its neighbors. We are stuck in a house we hate, surrounded by fires we fear more."

भदौ २३ र २४ मा निर्दोष जनता राज्यद्वारा मारिए। संगठित निहित स्वार्थका समूहहरूले सरकारी कार्यालयमा आगजनी गरे, सुरक्षासंयन्त्रलाई निष्क्रिय बनाए, ऐतिहासिक संरचना र सार्वजनिक सम्पत्तिमा तोडफोड र आगजनी भयो। तर यति गम्भीर अपराधलाई समेत “आन्दोलन त यस्तै हो” भन्ने खोक्रो वाक्यले छोप्ने?

हिंसा हुन्छ, आयोग बन्छ, प्रतिवेदन तयार हुन्छ, र त्यसलाई गोप्य बनाइन्छ। यही हो हाम्रो राजनीतिक अभ्यास!

दरबार हत्याकाण्ड भयो, देश स्तब्ध भयो, जनताका प्रश्न “के भयो? कसरी भयो? किन भयो?” उठ्न नपाउँदै मौनता थोपारियो। आधा-अधुरा व्याख्या आए, पूर्ण सत्य कहिल्यै सार्वजनिक भएन। दोस्रो जनआन्दोलन पछि राज्यद्वारा भएको हिंसा छानबिन गर्न बनेको Rayamajhi Commission को प्रतिवेदन पनि गोपनीयताको चिहानमा गाडियो। मधेस र थरुहट आन्दोलनमा कयौँ जनाको ज्यान गयो, तर Lal Commission को प्रतिवेदन आजसम्म जनता सामु आएन। विगतका घाउहरू कहिल्यै खुला रूपमा चिरफार भएनन्। सत्य दबाइयो, प्रश्न दबाइयो, असन्तोष जमेर विष बन्यो। आज karki आयोगको जाँचबुझ प्रतिवेदन पनि यही नियोजित मौनताको शिकार बन्ने हो कि भन्ने डर मनमा छ। यदि त्यसो भयो भने, यो स्पष्ट राजनीतिक अपराध हुनेछ।

कार्कि आयोग ले प्रतिवेदन सार्वजनिक नगर्नु आजको सन्दर्भमा राजनीतिक मौनता हो। यो मौनता निर्दोष नागरिकको रगतसँग साटिएको सत्तासुरक्षाको सम्झौता हो। यसले स्पष्ट सन्देश दिन्छ नेपालमा ज्यान जानु, राज्य जल्नु गम्भीर विषय होइन, तर सत्ता असहज हुनु ठूलो अपराध हो।

निर्वाचन नजिकिँदैछ। निर्वाचन सफल होस्। यसले देशलाई एउटा नयाँ मोड दिन सक्छ। तर यदि भदौ २३ र २४ का घटनाबारे सत्य र जवाफदेहिता स्थापित भएन भने, निर्वाचन केवल केही सीमित व्यक्तिका लागि शक्ति दिने बाटो खोल्नेछ, स्थिरता ल्याउने छैन। इतिहास फेरि पनि नेपालमा tragedy कै रूपमा दोहोरिरहनेछ! दण्डहीनतालाई सामान्य बनाउने राजनीतिक संस्कारले नेपाल लाई फेरि पनि दण्डहीनताको भुमरीमा फसाउनेछ।

हाल म बिध्यर्थिको रुपमा फिनल्याण्डमा रहेको छु र मैले यहाँबाट कुनै पीआर वा नागरिकता लिएको छैन। मैले नेपालमा रहँदा चलाइराखेको मेरो नाममा रहेको मोटरबाईक बिक्रि गर्नु पर्ने भएको छ। सो को लागि मैले आवश्यक प्रक्रिया समेत पुर्याएको छु ,तर यातायात व्यवस्था कार्यालय इलामले सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति उपस्थित हुनुपर्ने वा दुताबासबाट मंजुरिनामा ल्याउनु पर्ने भनेको हुनाले सो प्रक्रिया अवरुद्द भएको छ। हाल म व्यक्तिगत रुपमा उपस्थित हुन नसक्ने र मंजुरिनामको लागि आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अपनाउन खोजेको थिए र त्यो प्रकृया समेत अत्यन्त झन्झटिलो र अव्यवहारिक रहेको पाएँ। फिनल्याण्डमा नेपालको दुताबास छैन र मैले मंजुरिनामको लागि डेनमार्क जानुपर्ने हुन्छ (दुताबासको website र दुताबासबाट प्राप्त email का अनुसार मंजुरिनामको लागि स्वयम् उपस्थिति हुनुपर्ने)। जसको लागि कम्तिमा दुइ दिन समय लाग्छ।म बसेको स्थानबाट Copenhagen आउने जाने र तहाँ बस्दा लाग्ने खर्च हालको समयमा लगभग ने.रू. १ लाख पर्न आउँछ। साथै मंजुरिनामा बापत तिर्ने दस्तुर २००००/- रहेको छ । यसरी कम्तिमा रु. एकलाख बिस हजार खर्च गरे मात्र उक्त मंजुरिनामा बनिने देखिन्छ। बि. सं २०७३ सालमा किनेको मेरो मोटरबाईकको resale value जम्मा रु.एकलाख रहेको छ। यसर्थ रु एकलाखमा बिक्रि गर्नुपर्ने सामानको लागि रु एकलाख बिस हजार र अनावश्यक समय खर्च गर्नु अत्यन्त अव्यवहारिक असुहाउँदो देखिञ्छ। नेपालबाट दिनहुँ हजारौको संख्यामा युवाहरु बिदेशिरहेको परिप्रेक्षमा यस्ता व्यवहारिक समस्या हरु सायद धेरै संख्यामा आइराखेका हुन्छन। यी सामान्य कुरालाई सरकारले र सम्बन्धित निकायले सहजीकरण गरिदिने हो भने सरकारसंग जनताको बिश्वास बढ्ने साथै सरकारको समेत जनता प्रति गरिने व्यवहारमा अपनत्व महसुस हुन्छ। यसर्थ यस्ता सामान्य बस्तुको बिक्रिका लागि परिवारका एकाघरका सदश्यलाई व्यक्ति स्वयमले हस्ताक्षर गरि पठाएको पत्रलाई आधार मान्ने गरी व्यवस्था गरिदिनु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछु। साथै हाल प्रविधिको जमानामा सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति संग , email, videocall या अन्य मध्यमबाट सम्बन्धित अधिकारीले समेत verify गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ।
साथै संघिय संसदमा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्नुहुने सबै दल र बिशेष गरि सत्तासिन ठुला दल नेपाली कांग्रेस @NepaliCongress ,नेकपा एमाले @umlcpn प्रतिपक्षीका रुप रहेका दल नेकपा माओबादी केन्द्र

COP28 is now on the verge of complete failure. The world desperately needs to phase out fossil fuels as quickly as possible, but this obsequious draft reads as if OPEC dictated it word for word. It is even worse than many had feared. It is “Of the Petrostates, By the Petrostates and For the Petrostates.” It is deeply offensive to all who have taken this process seriously. There are 24 hours left to show whose side the world is on: the side that wants to protect humanity’s future by kickstarting the orderly phase out of fossil fuels or the side of the petrostates and the leaders of the oil and gas companies that are fueling the historic climate catastrophe. In order to prevent COP28 from being the most embarrassing and dismal failure in 28 years of international climate negotiations, the final text must include clear language on phasing out fossil fuels. Anything else is a massive step backwards from where the world needs to be to truly address the climate crisis and make sure the 1.5°C goal doesn’t die in Dubai.
