CBI HAS BOOKED ARUNACHAL'S MEDHA PATKAR... ACTIVIST & LAWYER BHANU TATAK FOR WORKING AGAINST INTEREST OF STATE WITH FOREIGN FUNDING.

She allegedly received ₹20.94 Lakh in foreign funds between 2022–25 without the mandatory FCRA registration/permission. The FIR alleges that the money was used to “organise and sustain” anti-dam protests in Arunachal Pradesh.

And what were these protests targeting?

🔴 Siang Upper Multipurpose Project (SUMP) — a proposed 12,500 MW hydropower project on the Siang River.

🔴 Dibang Multipurpose Hydropower Project — a proposed 2,880 MW project on the Dibang River.

AND THESE AREN'T ORDINARY PROJECTS.

They involve thousands of megawatts of power, development of Arunachal Pradesh, local infrastructure & Bharat's strategic interests in the Northeast. The CBI itself alleges that the protests were adversely affecting the nation's economic and strategic interests.

Tatak is reported to be the legal adviser to the Siang Indigenous Farmers’ Forum (SIFF) and coordinator of Dibang Resistance, organisations used for opposing these projects.

The CBI alleges that foreign money came from organisations/entities based in the Philippines, Ireland and the UK, including the Asia Indigenous Peoples Network on Extractive Industries and Energy, Indigenous Peoples Rights International, Front Line Defenders and Human Rights Resource Centre.

Now the Dimagi Naxal faces arrest which will happen anytime soon. Already Lookout Notice is issued against her to not allow her to flee Bharat.

What she did wasn't "Activism for Environment Protection"....it was pure treachery with Bharat's Strategic Interests with help of foreign powers which is typical "job" of every Dimagi Naxal.

When foreign money enters Bharat without FCRA approval and is used to organise sustained opposition to massive strategic infrastructure projects in a sensitive border state, it becomes a perfect case of Dimagi Naxalism and HM .@AmitShah Ji is in no mood to spare these Anti-nationals after eradicating armed Naxals from Bharat.

Environmental concerns can and should be debated. Indigenous communities can and should raise legitimate grievances. But if the investigation establishes that foreign funds were illegally channelled into organised opposition to critically important Bharatiya Infrastructure, that is not merely an environmental debate anymore and Modi Sarkar knows the difference clearly.
