π± IMPROVEMENT π±
Following feedback from the team, we have launched a task & finish group with key stakeholders within the MDT to review EAU admission documentation.
Our aim is to enable staff to spend more time caring for patients and improve our strength based conversations
We donβt do this job for gifts, However it is such a lovely feeling to be recognised after providing exemplary care. This is exactly what happened to our nurse Jack. He cared for a patient so brilliantly that both the patient relatives wanted to give back to Jack! Well done Jack!
Today, we said goodbye to our fabulous Nikhil.
Nikhil is saying goodbye and jetting to Australia π¦πΊπ’. The whole of the @NEWSEAU team is sad to see you go! You will be missed.
We wish you the best of luck! ππ¨ #NewBeginnings
