📌 Yorum:

Önünde secde ettikleri Kabe’nin Rabbi olan Allah “Din hususunda sizden yardım isterlerse onlara yardım etmek üzerinize bir borçtur.” [Enfal 72] diye emrederken, bu yöneticiler ise Allah’ın emrine icabet edip Gazze, Keşmir ve katliama maruz kalan diğer beldelere yardıma koşmak yerine, tam tersine ABD ile müttefik oluyor, Haçlı NATO’ya üye oluyor, İsrail’e petrol taşıyor, onunla ticaret yapıyor, Trump’ın planlarına dahil oluyor ve Müslümanları kafirlerin insafına terk ediyorlar.

a) these countries on their own are weak and not independant
b) that the secular alliances pushed on the ummah after the khilafah was abolished, like the Arab League and OIC, are useless
c) that in reality, the ummah is politically one body.

@omar_dddg And, establishing the hukm is based on what the evidences lead the mujtahid to, and thats the only consideration, regardless of whether anyone likes it or not.

@omar_dddg And there is no obligation to say anything about any other opinion, because the hukm has been established according to that ijtihad.

To mention that a particular opinion is the most correct one (in that scholars view) is etiquette, but doesnt mean it is.

@HarounKanj The shafii' opinion that it is makrooh is the strongest one: disliked, but there is no punishment for it in the akhira, if it is not out of imitation of the disbelievers, because there is no qareenah (indication) of punishment for shaving; similarly eating with the left hand.

قُلْ بِئْسَمَا يَأْمُرُكُم بِهِۦٓ إِيمَـٰنُكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

"Say: wretched indeed is what your faith calls to, if you are believers"

@HarounKanj the hukm aside, we have the derogatory term "rule of the beards", representing the generation who would scream about these personal issues, but when given any power or authority, were as corrupt, secular and enslaved to the West as the tyrants people rose up against.
