I swear @nextofficial furniture is the most expensive furniture we own, but nearly every single piece has fallen to bits. Bronx TV unit, Bronx drawers and Bronx bed have all broken within 5 years of owning them. The build quality is non existent. IKEA is better honestly!!!

@nextofficial please can you tell me what is the point in selecting a specific delivery day when placing an order and just ignoring it and sending it whenever you want. Two deliveries in the last 2 weeks have been delivered sooner than requested on the order app.

@nextofficial a week ago you delivered the wrong bed to us. We have repeatedly provided evidence it’s the wrong bed, labeled as the right bed, and that we’re away for 2 weeks now so can’t arrange collection or delivery until we return, and yet every day we get another demand for evidence, or another ‘booked collection of the wrong headboard only’ for when we are away.
Note to my followers: don’t buy furniture from Next! At this rate I’m cancelling the order completely.
