@Morrisons Your Yate store never has the ‘x5’ option of pork belly bites despite claiming to sell. Why is this? I don’t want 10! Please sort out 😊

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@BootsUK Please can you look at having a blister pack recycling box to your Yate store?

[. @Smith_Shell_]

#OctoEclipse @OctopusEnergy How not to wear your eclipse sunglasses 😎 ☀️🌙

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@Arsenal When will tickets for this game be released, please?

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@VueHelp 👋 Even though I’ve booked tickets via the ClubVue app, I never seem to have rewards or even history of rewards. Why is that, please?

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@marksandspencer Have done 😊

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@marksandspencer This cup is very special to a 8yr old girl who lost her Mum. Unfortunately it smashed today - is there any chance of you having stock of it, anywhere in the world?

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@RegattaOutdoors Hi Rebecca, DM sent. Thanks!

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@RegattaOutdoors Really disappointed with your non existent customer service. I’ve placed a few orders from you and each time there has been an issue. Your robot chat says they’ll refund me but I’ve still not received any confirmation emails and your humans just don’t listen!

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@BootsUK Hi - I placed an order online for over £30 yet I didn’t receive the bonus points. The offer was loaded to my card prior to checking out… Order number: 797194141

[. @Smith_Shell_]

Nothing delivered today and no updates on the tracking 😭

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@RoyalMail Have you lost my parcel? Was meant to be delivered Wednesday and then tomorrow and still nothing. My neighbour has just had a parcel delivered 🥺

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@JRSC01 @RoyalMail @OctopusEnergy 🤞

[. @Smith_Shell_]

Looks like @RoyalMail have lost my @OctopusEnergy Constantine 🐙. It’s been stuck in Milton Keynes since Saturday 😭😭

[. @Smith_Shell_]

They’ve even sent a follow up email!

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@mydentist_uk Received this email today. Whilst I know it’s not you, to others not so tech savvy, it is quite convincing!! I know nothing you can do to stop it but just wanted to make you aware 😊

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@AldiUK Visited two other stores as was able to find a pair 🥕🎉

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@AldiUK Has there been a delay with the Kevin the Carrot PJ’s being delivered to store? Went into my local (not really local 😂) and they said they didn’t receive any 😭

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@OctopusEnergy Yay. Finally managed to get one 🎉🐙

[. @Smith_Shell_]

@BootsHelp 👋 I went into store today to deposit some recyclables for extra points and then purchase some items. The store was sooo busy and quite rushed at the tills so I completely forgot to redeem my extra points coupon 😭 Are you able to add them on for me, please?
