BREAKING: Donald Trump gets devastating electoral news as polling reveals that his approval with Latino voters has absolutely cratered and is now underwater by a staggering 20 points.

This spells disaster for Republicans in the mid-term elections...

“What began earlier this year with independents and women has really intensified and spread to basically every demographic subset of the Latino electorate, including groups that once leaned toward him like Latino men,” said Melissa Morales, president of the he Latino voter group Somos Votantes which conducted the survey.

“This won’t automatically translate to support for Democrats, but there is a huge opportunity to turn what was a liability into a positive,” she continued. “There is an opportunity here for Democrats to show an alternative.”

Not only is Trump's net favorability with this crucial demographic 20 points underwater, but his favorability with Latino men dropped from 52% in May to 47% in September. Among young voters, his approval dropped from 43% to 33%.

Republicans made a great show of boasting about Trump's Latino support in the 2024 election but it appears that he has rapidly burnt through that support with his failed policies. The idea that the Latino vote would be an unshakeable pillar of the Republican Party's electoral strategy into the far future has been totally dispelled. Those votes cannot be taken for granted.

Very notably, Trump's approval rating on the economy has plummeted drastically. Only 36% of Latinos approve of his performance on the issue. Only 25% of independents approve. These numbers are not surprising given the disastrous manner in which Trump has conducted his second term. His destructive tariffs have ravaged the global economy, inflation is on the rise, and his war on the Federal Reserve has injected chaos into our monetary system.

The simple truth is that unless you're a white Christian billionaire, Donald Trump and MAGA are bad for your interests.
