@dylan522p At IBM we remember. In 2014 we went all-in on EUV no takesie backsies. Accidentally drove Asml stock up (who knew) Most were skeptical. Lived the 20W to 40W to 80W upgrade on our 3300 at the time. Now everyone takes for granted
