@nrmehta Have used a version of Topgrading in the past. Very effective, but requires some mods to fit functions other than sales. Also be extremely careful as their recommended questions on comp history are no longer legal in many states. Set expectations on process up front w/candidates!
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act has been signed into law and is intended to provide approximately two trillion dollars in relief to individuals and businesses during this difficult time. #CARESAct

10 years from now, I know I'll have been successful if I never hear the following phrase again:
"Who owns the customer?"
That concept is so dated in the world of SaaS and #CustomerSuccess. There can't be an "owner" anymore. It has to be a process with a clear RACI.
@nrmehta I’d agree. Leadership shapes culture by example and creates an environment for growth (eg via an open mindset). Individuals can be constructive or destructive wrt to the culture, though. Important to celebrate those constructive to the culture and not tolerate toxicity (IMHO).
In the spirit of unofficial #CustomerSuccess week, I'd like to share the framework @Talend uses to monitor risk and set our enterprise customers up for success. See you at #Pulse19! https://t.co/axvwO6geBr
Doing something cool with data? If you're a @Talend customer, chances are the answer is a resounding yes! Here's your chance to be recognized for it with a Data Masters Award. #BeDataDriven https://t.co/amvTixVCUU
It's easy to think of a "company" as one thing. Yet every day, teammates are in different parts of the journey. Some are burned out. Some are thriving. Some have hit the wall. Some just started. Some believe. Some no longer do. Seeing the individual humanity in a team is the job.
Nearly every day, I get requests from CEOs who are unsure whether the leader they have is the one to take them to the next level. To help sort out 2010 leaders from 2020 ones, I put together a quick table based upon my experience.

Love this quote from the @adobe earnings call from CEO Shantanu Narayen:
"Reduced churn is the new growth."
Churn for any SaaS business is a drag on both growth and profitability. It's worthy of the same level of focus you put on acquiring new customers (perhaps even more).
