@ShopTalkingWigg Wigg, drafting in the 2nd and 3rd day a lot of time is development players. Is it possible that the players drafted aren't successfully getting developed by coaching staff. KC GM gets credit but I'd say Reids staff develops the talent.

@StewieD83 @ShopTalkingWigg I think it's similar to the Rooney rule. Many minority coaches get interviewed just to pass the rule because the team already knows who they want. Then they labeled as someone who didnt interview well because they didnt get the job even though it was probably just for the rule
