Retention inside - 2 units
Exhalation from right nose - 2 units
Retention outside - 3 units

Then start inhalation from right nose...
Next cycle again with left...
Should be done for around 12 mins - 24 mins.

Even more powerful is Bahya Kumbhak with extended retention. But I can't give the method here. That must be learned under a qualified Yogi.
