Yindjibarndi Elder Tootsie Daniel gave evidence in the court hearings today between FMG and Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation.
Mrs Daniel said that the FMG mining "breaks my heart because that country is no more."
This is the 13th year of the legal battle.

The court hearings will determine how much compensation FMG owes the Yindjibarndi people for mining the Solomon hub on their country.

Ms Read said she made attempts over the years to see country and was stopped.
