We see so much effort from from wide range of organizations, from individuals to large institutions trying to strengthen shared values, prosperity and peace.

A great hope has been placed on institutions, great institutions across government, education, and spiritual areas are designed to secure humanity's prosperity. If these aren't working we shall create new institutions, even if small ones in our communities, learning from the pitfalls of old ones and striving to bring about a more peaceful world.

Conflict often results when resources don't distribute fairly, they concentrate. And the systems we think are neutral? They really aren't.

Even at a personal level, without even realizing it, we often maximize our wealth at the expense of others. Our computers, cars and lots of gadgets that power our civilizations are made with materials brought in through an unfair supply chained, mismanaged by corruption and exploitation.

Even if we deeply desire peace, the truth is, the entire structure is has been designed - for centuries, by maximizing the wealth of certain groups while exploiting others.

Creating awareness, consciousness, and a greater desire for freedom from conflict will help us breed new leaders for a better world, where more people can prosper. And in fact, we have been doing so, little by little... let's keep traveling in this direction with greater conviction and less wavering.

War is part of humanity's history... can the word tell us anything about war? More so, about ourselves?

Our word for organized violence comes from a word that just meant confusion. We looked at chaos and decided to systematize it, to give it rules, ranks and reasons. It says a lot about our ability to institutionalize, but also about the level of our confusion and how we try to alleviate it by weaponizing it.
