Well, U.S. energy sector regulations are badly broken, but I still use water & electricity. The whole ordeal ended after 2h:55m. It was 2 minute conversation. Nothing that required a phone call. In summary almost 4 hours spent on phone calls to cancel the service. This is how service companies keep their customers hostage. Time for legislation to protect the consumer.

@ConsumerWA @brinks_home customer support to cancel the service is intentionally horrible. Have been on hold for close to 2 hrs. Funny that their hold music suggests using web/text, both asks to call.
