So Meenakshi Natarajan’s Rajya Sabha nomination from Madhya Pradesh was rejected because "she didn’t disclose a private complaint" in her affidavit. But the Hyderabad court has now returned that very petition, holding that it has no jurisdiction. The complaint was never taken cognizance of, and she was only named as a respondent & "not as an accused."

Unfortunately the Hon'ble Supreme Court had already dismissed her plea. This is how the system screws you & the opposition lost a fair seat! I agree she was done in by some people but the institutions should protect the weak not allow for manipulation!
