@TDBank_US it just took me more than 20 minutes on the phone to close a credit card account. I’ve banked with TD since before I was old enough to drive, but this is exactly why I do all of my business banking and nearly all of my personal banking with your competitors.

@cloverfoodlab I didn’t ask the staff when I came in since they were all occupied and I was in quite a hurry to get my food and get on with my morning. As for details—I placed the order and it said ready in 7 minutes but then didn’t show up ready for 54 minutes (same for order info texts).
