@BenefitUK this could be really damaging to someone else’s confidence. It is misogynistic and not what I’d expect of your brand. Women should build women up, make up should be for ourselves, sales assistants should not covertly tell potential customers they’re ugly w/o makeup 2/2

@BenefitUK can’t say I was impressed by your (Singapore) sales assistant telling me I need makeup to be pretty, & my bf only says otherwise in case attract other men. I was very close to a (big) purchase up until that point. 1/2

@waitrose cafe in wichlestow was god awful! Dirty cutlery, undercooked eggs, one plate swimming in oil, mushrooms included when asked for without, bad quality poorly cooked tomatoes. All for the pleasure of £20!! Awful!
