@gavreilly @JohnDriscoll197 So if I vote 1 for A, 2 for B and 3 for C etc, and A has say 1000 1st prefs giving 100 surplus, then my 2nd pref is factored into the allocation to B, but my physical ballot may not be one of the 100 distributed in which case none of my other preferences are ever counted?

But I contacted them via [email protected], provided full details/copy of the death certificate, and they issued a refund. Took c.6 weeks.
