A belated tweet about our fantastic @newgroupchem research retreat last Wednesday- it was so great to get together off campus and talk about new ideas and how we can best work together. @SydneyChemistry
So exciting to get the print copies of our book - a @newgroupchem project during the lockdown of 2020 and the lockdown of 2021 and beyond…https://t.co/frfe4x8prT
A photo of rhodamine dyes, created and photographed on a sunny summer day @hhmijanelia by @jonathangrimm, a senior scientist in the Lavis Lab, is featured in this week's Chemistry in Pictures from @cenmag#CENChemPics

Reusing an already-tweeted photo to say how proud I’ve been of @newgroupchem members at #RACI2022 - they’ve given talks and poster presentations but even more importantly they’ve networked well and made new and valuable connections. @SydneyChemistry
Congratulations to all 16 #MBBC#RACI2022 Flash Poster presenters - presenting one slide for one minute to share their research big question and #impact. Stellar effort!! @David_Hilko and @isobellasjs expertly planned and chaired #scicomm @RACInational
Thank you to #RACI2022 for the opportunity to present my PhD work about fluorescent pH sensor. Come learn about it at T-207 before we take it down Wednesday evening! #ozchem
I’m very proud of @newgroupchem member Paris, who gave a fantastic final PhD seminar today. Paris has worked on our @SydneyNano Safe-By-Design grand challenge with @wchrzanowski, bringing together social science and lab-based science research related to nano material safety.
To study peptides and proteins we need a way to visualise them 👀 @lizjnew is talking about developing switchable fluorescent tags to track proteins 💡
This work has the added bonus of cool fluorescence images 😍 #CIPPS2022@Sydney_Science@SydneyChemistry#fluorescence
