Dear @CMO_Odisha @SecyChief:

Some roads are owned by RD, some by works dept, some by Irrigation, PR, so on so forth. Whenever issues are raised, it just goes from one dept to another.

Suggestion - Consolidate all roads into 1 dept, 1 secy and 1 minister. Simplify this please.
