@omgsidewalks If you speak nicely to staff they often try to look after you.
The more you stay at the one hotel or chain the more likely they are to look after you too.
@omgsidewalks So many hotels I check into have a 3pm check in. When I arrive from a flight at 10am I’m reminded about a 3pm checkin but they’ll ring me if they have a room earlier 99% of the time they do.
Checkout is usually 11am but when I ask in advance I’ve been able to check out at 4pm.
Why do media outlets like the @theheraldsun publish photos of the @sydneyswans players with their partners, but put disclaimers saying they are not involved? Surely there are enough photos of these players that can be used without the need for their partners?
@British_Airways@noritamars73 That’s the issue, not having a person you can speak to.
Complaints online never get dealt with properly as a standard, non descript, response is all you use.
It’s what turned a once great airline into what we now see.
Do not assume that when you book, and pay for a seat with @VirginAustralia that it is allocated to you. I paid for an economy x seat on the day I booked my flight. The next day I looked at the flight and my seat was still available so I booked and paid for it a second time...
I then saw that the seat was still available so I rang Virgin. They sent me a link to pay for it a third time (arranging for refunds for the other two purchases) and it is finally allocated to me.
Never assume anything and check your bookings.
@The_Red_Sash Never been one for the agenda setters and there is one very good reason for it.
Strong "reporting" that is consistently wrong.
What ever happened to the days that reporters when they got something wrong would file a retraction?
@The_Red_Sash Artemis was the answer.....
Yes I'm a biased Tasmanian and we know how much Essendon loves people from WA but we'll claim him as one of our own!
