@CiceroModern @Thefrugalgay11 I do not have direct experience there but I do know that we had a GC who was having a lot of success in Del City. Definitely some rougher areas in places.

@CiceroModern @Thefrugalgay11 Both of ours are just outside of Paseo district. We bought in 2018-2019 and both have done very well for us- low vacancies. Still keep an eye but haven’t found much very attractive in the neighborhoods we like.
