#bananarepublic appalling service. Ordered a top a month ago for delivery in 7days. It’s over 3weeks late & still not arrived. UPS says they don’t know where it is. banana republic says they can’t refund but UPS can. Bullshit, my contract, my order is with you - fix it.
@Apple disappointed service. Apple AirPods Max have an issue where they keep disconnecting. You took them for a week. Said they were being replaced. Came to pick up and was given my existing headphones dead.

@AirFranceFR need help. Flight from EDI to CDG today was redirected to MRS. Was rushed onto another flight to Paris and told to leave luggage. Now your team say they cannot help get luggage back to us. So luggage in Marseille and family in Paris.
@UPS a new low. Spoken to 7 people today, all apologized and all said the depot would call me within an hour. None ever did. Final person, #8, said I can go to the depot to pick up. Drove 45mins and guess what, I can’t pick up. #badcustomerservice
@UPS Case opened for re-delivery, was told to call depot if the re-delivery fails. Guess what, it failed and no way to call the depot. Call customer support and they can't help. I know the item is at the depot. Not impressed. Virtual agent and real agent - FAIL
@UPS driver didn’t leave a card, therefore no info notice number, therefore no way to rearrange delivery. Customer service useless by stating I need that info notice number #badcustomerservice
@Delta you disable my account while I am overseas and your website and app wont let me verify my ID. You also give me refund of $90 on a ticket that cost $400 - oh and that credit hasn’t come through either. #notimpressed
2 parcels from same location sent to same address, 1 with @FedEx & 1 with @UPS. UPS arrives on time (at beginning of time window). FedEx doesn't arrive. Expecting them to come up with a lame excuse why it won't be delivered today. Funny how UPS can deliver & FedEx can't.
