@AmazonHelp I need to speak to someone competent. Followed Amazon's instruction on returning an item now refusing to refund me. For a company that prides itself as customer centric organisation has completely. Anyone know if there's an email address for escalation.

@AmazonHelp I mean seriously what does all this mean. You have failed a long term customer. If you refuse to refund then I want the item returned. If you’ve misplaced and can’t find, then give me my money back,
@AmazonHelp -Return receipt or scan not present – Parcelforce is an international courier who operate digitally like Amazon. Please remember I was told to organise my own courier and not via the Amazon return process
-14 days had passed so Amazon can no longer refund

Week commencing 6th Feb I decided to chase again as it’s a considerable amount of money. I was left in a very frustrated position with inconsistent messages:
@AmazonHelp It was delivered to your Edinburgh depot (please tracking and picture) which was signed for by Paul Kelly at 30th January.
Week commencing 30th Jan I had still not received the refund and on amazon website “return status” had disappeared so I got in touch via the app.
@AmazonHelp I initiated in 26th, Amazon kindly refunded 18 GBP for postage. The telescope was picked up on 27th Jan for which I have tracking details which are online only with Parcelforce and also my Ring camera footage showing a parcelforce person and parcelforce van.
@AmazonHelp I bought a Celestion Telescope on 23rd December 2022 order ID 202-8575540-8239553. However, I decided to return due to some issues on 9th January but Evri failed to pick. So on 14th restarted return but still to no avail. Your colleague then suggested to send using parcelmonkey.
