@Telstra Startrack said Telstra have a team that lease directly with them so I thought they could advise startrack of correct address before it's returned to telstra. Or perhaps cancel order is best option

@Telstra They cannot change delivery address, telstra has to. It goes back to telstra and despite numerous calls n chat via Gold member support it gets sent out to wrong address. Tonight's chat with Telstra, they said case officer will contact me. Still w8ing since 18th.

@Telstra HI, no still not resolved. Attempted delivery to a school today, tracking says attempted delivery now I guess it is at star track Greenacre NSW. I have a case officer since 18th which hasn't helped.
