@TUIUK @EdwardMcLennag1 @meggreenaway @TUIUK the government advice clearly states quarantine at home. You keep stating that quarantine in a hotel and at home are different however government advice suggests otherwise.

@TUIUK @meggreenaway @TUIUK when we booked our holiday the COVID promise did not state quarantine free but only if you need to quarantine in a hotel. I find it reprehensible that you are trying to renege on a promise to loyal customers.
