@ChoiceHotels Horrible experience last week. Almost 2:00AM, I try to check in. Next thing 15 minutes go by while I’m looking for a worker. Then I find the guy, sleeping sitting up I couldn’t wake him up in 40 minutes of shaking and yelling. Response I got when I called, horrible
