Latter Day Saint women should be the first to stand against abortion. I urge those offended by the Church’s official statements on Idaho Prop 1 to reexamine your ideology and your faith. Which informs which? Often times they are incompatible. Which will you choose between?
At the Capitol today, Dr. Wahlstrom, who lost 2 family members on 9/11, didn't talk about the awfulness. He reminisced about how united the nation was after the tragedy and challenged us to become that united again. We knew that day that we were "ONE Nation Under God."
Babies are not commodities you customize and throw out if you don’t like them…
They are human beings. And they should stay with their mother and father if at all possible.
If that’s not possible, then they should be raised by a mother and a father.
Charlie Bird and his husband held an “Egg Donor Finalists Night” where they made a party-game out of ranking women by their reproductive elitism. Talk about the objectification of women. Where are all the feminist "Handmaiden’s Tale" fans at now?
Spending time with grandchildren as they welcome their baby brother. This is baby number four.
For many people four may seem like a lot. But, with each new person the love just grows.
Sure, it’s an adjustment, but children are worth it. And for the siblings it’s priceless.
This is me speaking at the Special Session yesterday about the “super law doctrine” that is coming from other states and influencing our judges. I hope that the judiciary can push off super law doctrine and focus on the doctrine of the Constitution instead.
Tooele had the top opening Chili's in the nation! Go Tooele, we are growing by leaps and bounds. Look at how our stores are picked though. I think I'm going to start going to Costco way more. I want Costco next. :) https://t.co/RY178EF6vv
🚨 Heads up, Utah — this is not okay. 🚨
The UEA is creating an “Equity Ambassador” program for teachers to “advance racial and social justice work in public schools.” They are pushing to lead "systemic change" on how and what our kids are being taught. Our children deserve classrooms devoted to learning — math, science, reading, writing, history, etc. — not political indoctrination.
And this is just part of a larger national issue. Watch the video below to see what I’m talking about.
As a father of an educator, I know this is not who our teachers are, so why are we letting the union take control?
❗️Let me be blunt: Schools are for education, not agendas.
If you feel the same, share this post. Ask your district and school board:
1. Why is the UEA trying to advance racial and social justice work in public schools?
2. And how will that affect what our children are taught?
Our kids deserve a real education. Let’s defend that.💪

My heart and prayers go out to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Grand Blanc, MI today. When people attack you for your faith, not only is it cowardly, but it proves that faith groups are doing something good.
