I built a MacOS activity tracking app that runs on local models, so it's 100% private. No data every leaves you laptop. Built with the @lmstudio Typescript SDK. Check it out! https://t.co/InBxKXbWyF
@growing_daniel Ask for a signed letter of recommendation as a pre-requisite to the buy out contract. If you end up negotiating aggressively for the buy out amount (which you should), your chances of getting a usable letter of recommendation will be a lot less after the contract is signed.

@99piorg@romanmars@SimpliSafe I'm a fan of the show in general. And also, convincing people to buy security cameras they don't need definitely isn't as bad as convincing cops to arrest people for made-up crimes.
@99piorg@romanmars produced an entire episode criticizing the people that stoked fear during the satanic panic only to start their first ad segment for @SimpliSafe with "...with busy routines filled with fall activity, your home may be left vulnerable." 🤨

@99piorg@romanmars@SimpliSafe It's a bit hypocritical. Taking money from a company that leverages fear of home invasion to sell products so you can make a podcast criticizing a producer who leveraged fear of satanism to sell videos.
