@OVOEnergy this is my second attempt of requesting help. I have not had an electric bill from SSE in 21 months. My smart meter reader is broken and hasn’t worked for 10 months. I have emailed customer services and no one replies. Reference number 175085. Thank you.
@OVOEnergy Hi Bradley. Thank you. I’d like SSE to respond but I have chased 3 times and they ignore it. I’ve rung three times as well and the outcome has been ignored. Not sure what else to do other than the ombudsman. Would you suggest that? Thanks for your help.

@virginmedia It’s frustrating when you want to watch something important. Still down tried everything. Engineer not coming until late today. That’s nearly 36 hours.
Just as the public can nominate someone for an honour we ought to be able to nominate people to be stripped of their titles #Dyson.
Perhaps honours need to have a sunset clause to ensure future decent behaviour
