@JakePompeySmith@Uber I stopped using them about 18 months ago for very similar reasons. Basically took my money and didn't deliver and gave a pitiful refund.
@Wolfiemajor@GWRHelp It is awful - they clearly haven't tested it properly. There are many other problems. I have sent a whole list of problems to them on Whatsapp. To be fair they have been very responsive on there and owned up to the issues. They say they hope to have most things fixed tom'w
