A new paper argues the global mean surface temperature (GMST) is physically meaningless.

The study shows that GMST has no thermodynamic validity, with temperature an intensive property.

You cannot average Mount Everest with the Sahara, for example; or seawater with Arctic air.

It's like averaging phone numbers. It's meaningless.

Also, any changes to the averaging method will completely change the trend, again showing the number has no physical reality.

The International Standards Organisation refuses to define GMST. The UN and IPCC use a circular definition. Yet governments treat this number as the foundation of trillions in climate spending.

Today's $100 trillion climate boondoggle is anchored to a number that doesn't exist.

In Canada, we have launched THE ONLY CLASS-ACTION in the world against one or more ELECTED OFFICIALS for the "safe and effective vaccine" lie.

I launched it within 3 years, i.e. with no risk of the legal statute of limitations expiring, making this legal action even more important.

On December 18, 2024, "by coincidence" just before Christmas and the costs for each of these festivities, the Quebec Superior Court dismissed the Class-Action, BY REFUSING to hear my motion for unconstitutionality, BY REFUSING to decide on my motion for unconstitutionality.

It is important to understand, that there will be more and more human beings IN CONSCIENCE including lawyers and judges, and more and more human beings OF GREAT COURAGE. 🔴PRESERVING THIS CLASS-ACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT🔴.

TO PRESERVE this Class Action, I must file a Statement of Appeal with the Court of Appeal with the strict deadline of January 17, 2025, after THAT IT WILL BE TOO LATE ! Before this filing, I must serve the 35 elected officials (defendants) by bailiff.

As many know, I have risked EVERYTHING, to protect the people from dangerous experimental injection (lawyer from 1999 to 2022, expert in health law and anti-corruption), and to turn around the Canadian judicial system with my solid proof of judicial corruption, including the Supreme Court of Canada, which protects government corruption. All my sacrifices serve and will serve, THE TIME FOR REVELATIONS HAS BEGUN.

I am MORE THAN FULL TIME on this Class-Action and the one for the unconstitutionality of Quebec's Public Health Act.

I don't have the financial means to support this Class-Action on my own, for the benefit of ALL Canadians. I keep my expenses to a minimum, live with family and use food banks, among others.

In 2024, the bailiffs' fees to serve the Request for Authorization to Institute a Class Action (the Class-Action) were over $10,000.

For the Statement of Appeal, since December 18, 2024, I have received just over $5,000. This has allowed me to include in the Statement of Appeal @JustinTrudeau and four (4) federal ministers who strongly lied to the public about dangerous experimental injection, which constitutes, according to my Statement of Appeal: "the greatest CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY that humanity has ever known" (paragraph 8). Service will be effected at the opening of their respective constituency offices in early January.
