@Staycity Do you have an issue with your booking system? Currently paid to reserve at Manchester Piccadilly and have now have 4 transactions pending on 2 different cards but no booking confirmation?

@yourheights are the “funky” looking capsules ok to use?

[Nicholas Johnson @nickcadsoftuk]

@CalDigitSupport Thanks, just got off a chat session with one of your colleagues who is confident this is an Apple issue and not a dock issue so will get in touch with Apple Support

@CalDigitSupport Spoke too soon…monitors have just switched after having been asleep and weirdly the brightness of 1 has been set to 91% down from 100%. Any suggestions?

[Nicholas Johnson @nickcadsoftuk]

@CalDigitSupport Great job fixing the crazy monitor swapping issue but fix seems to trigger brightness slider on 1 of 2 connected BenQ 3220u when waking from sleep.

@Moleskine_Care What on earth is going on at Moleskine? Placed order 02/01 express shipping, not shipped by 08/01 requested refund. Agent on 09/01 replied unable to refund, would find out when order shipping, no contact since. Absolute shambles, please return my money!

If a mum with 3 kids and bags has 4 reserved seats for a long train journey, and you're sitting in their seats on a full carriage, don't tell them that their tickets don't matter in a posh voice and then say you're not moving and refuse to make eye contact. Don't be these people.
